MK Recovery collects your vehicle from the auction site and delivers it straight to your home, garage or business. Either the auction site or your delivery address needs to be within our service area (25 miles of Ellesmere Port).

Auction Collections — your questions answered

What do you need to collect my auction car?

Your lot or stock number, the auction site, your release / collection paperwork (or the gate pass or PIN the auction gives you) and confirmation that the vehicle is paid for. Send it to us on WhatsApp and we'll handle the rest.

Which auctions do you collect from?

Any auction site where either the yard or your delivery address is within our service area — including Copart, BCA, Manheim, Aston Barclay, Motorway and SYNETIQ. We're an independent recovery company and aren't affiliated with any auction house.

Can you collect a non-runner or Cat S car?

Yes. We regularly move non-runners and damaged Cat N / Cat S vehicles on our flatbed, as long as the wheels turn and steer.

How much does breakdown recovery cost?

Every job is priced individually based on your location, vehicle and where it needs to go. Prices depend on things like time of day and distance, so we give you a fixed price by phone or WhatsApp before we set off — no call-out fee and no hidden extras. Customers regularly tell us we're cheaper than other quotes.

Can I track the recovery truck?

Yes. Once we're on our way we can share our driver's live location with you on WhatsApp, so you can watch the truck arrive in real time.

Are you really open 24/7?
