MK Breakdown Recovery Services (“we”, “us”), 64c Whitby Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 0AA, is responsible for the personal information you share with us.

What we collect

When you call, text or WhatsApp us we receive your phone number and any details you give us — such as your name, location, vehicle registration and where you'd like your vehicle taken. If you use the “WhatsApp my location” button, your phone asks your permission and then adds a map link to a WhatsApp message which you choose whether to send. The website itself does not store your location.

How we use it

Only to provide the recovery or roadside service you've asked for, to contact you about that job, and to keep records we are legally required to keep (for example for accounting). We never sell your information.

Cookies & advertising

We use Google Ads to help drivers find us. Google may set cookies so we can see which adverts lead to calls. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google's privacy policy applies to that service. Our coverage map is a static image made from OpenStreetMap data and sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling 07396 738541. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
